Line LR.1 It is designed for packing foaming low viscosity products (dissolvent, pastes, water solutions, etc.) into glass and PET bottles, and other tare with the volume of up to 1 l.


Composition of line:

  1. Filling station (four dosing nozzles)
  2. Transporter
  3. Storage table for empty tare
  4. Device for screwing caps
  5. Control system
  6. Filter for cleaning the product, being packed
  7. Variator on the transporter drive.

Version B:
All details, which contact with packing product, are made of stainless steel 12X18H10T
