Basic peculiarities of new model of line LP2.M:
- Cap layer, device for putting a color spot on cap and sealing are joined into single sealing station (analog of filling station).
- Adjustment of filling and sealing stations for cans of different height is synchronized from one drive.
- When the transporter is overfilled with tare, the storage table stops.
- Caps after separation from pile are not dropped but put on the tare with the help of vacuum layer. It allows providing with target accuracy. The clamping force of cap is adjusted.
In addition, there appeared the option: washing the dosing station by way of turning on dosators in cycle mode with ejection and injection of dissolvent from the tank, which is located on the floor.
