Technological complex
On production, packing and dosing of very viscous products (crack fillers, mastics, sealant, pigment pastes, etc)
The complex consists of three main assemblies:
mixer dissolver of series MD.1_500,
press PF.1_500 and a dosing line (type and mark are selected according to the task).
In addition, the complex consists of kneading trough and connecting hoses.

Mixer dissolver of series MD.1_500
Mixer – dissolvers of MD.1_500 series are designed to mix and disperse pigments, dyes and other materials of average solidity in liquid environment.
MD1._500 is equipped with two mixers: low speed gate and high speed tooth ones, and it may be used to produce crack fillers, sealants, glues, pigment pastes, mastics, etc.

Press PF1.500
Press PF1.500 is designed to pack (to deliver) high viscosity technical and chemical products from kneading troughs D.1_500, such as crack filler, mastic, glue, sealant and others, into various tare.
PF.1_500 may be used for combined operation with semiautomatic devices of PRK series and lines of LP series.
